Her Bloom — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Her Bloom is made by DEKS MEDIA LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the game does with information about you. The short version: there is no account, we never ask for your name or email, and your game stays in your own iCloud.

What stays with you

Your heroine, her home, her wardrobe, her Diary, your Coins and your responsible-play limits are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, they are also stored in your own private iCloud database, to sync between your devices. We cannot read your private iCloud data. Apple stores it under your Apple Account, and Apple's privacy policy governs it.

If you invite a friend and name her guest, that name stays on your device and in your private iCloud.

What we collect

We collect a small amount of information about how the game is played, to fix problems and improve the game:

  • Gameplay events. For example: finishing a step of the introduction, a spin, a goal completed, or a purchase made. A purchase event records which product was bought, not its price and not your payment details. Apple handles payment; we never see it.
  • Diagnostics. For example, whether the game's settings loaded, or how many events could not be recorded.
  • A random install identifier. The game creates it the first time it runs, and it is attached to the events above. It is not your advertising identifier, your device's serial number or your Apple Account. Deleting the app deletes it, and a reinstall creates a new one.

These events contain no free text, no name, no email and no location. We process them with our analytics provider, Amplitude, which stores them on our behalf in the United States. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertising networks.

Invites. If you invite a friend, the invite carries your heroine's name (the name you gave the character, not yours) and a random code. It is stored in the game's public iCloud database so your friend's game can find it, and it is deleted once your friend has arrived.

Advertising measurement and App Tracking Transparency

After the introduction, the game asks once whether it may track you, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Whatever you answer, the game works the same.

The game uses Apple's SKAdNetwork to measure which advertising campaign brought players to the game. SKAdNetwork sends Apple a small number summarising early play and purchases (for example, "made a purchase" or "came back on a later day"). Apple passes it to the advertising network, without identifying you. If you allow tracking, we may in future share that same summary with an attribution partner. We will update this policy and name the partner before that happens.

What we never collect

Your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, health data, browsing history, or your device's advertising identifier.

Children

Her Bloom contains simulated gambling and is rated 18+ on the App Store. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

  • Tracking: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, at any time.
  • iCloud sync: iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
  • Analytics data: delete the app. This removes the install identifier, and events already sent can no longer be linked to your device. To ask us to delete the events we hold for an install, write to us with the install identifier.
